License to Us: By using the service, you grant us a limited, global, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the transcription and AI services you request. We do not sell your personal data or your transcripts to third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our AI systems strive for high accuracy, Voaise does not guarantee 100% accuracy in transcriptions. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from the use of our transcripts or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voaise Universal Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
